The UCSB Sailing Team Alumni are pleased to invite you to the annual North-South Alumni & Friends Invitational Regatta. The event is open to past members of the team, parents/family members of past and current sailors on the team, and friends of the UCSB Sailing Team including members of the Santa Barbara Yacht Club and Santa Barbara Sailing Club.

The goal of the event is to reunite our alumni and friends of the program to celebrate the friendships they have cultivated over the years, as well make new friends with other generations of UCSB Sailing supporters. The event benefits the UCSB Sailing Team and it’s infrastructure improvement goals.

Significant others and family members who do not want to race are encouraged to attend and go out on a spectator boat or to simply enjoy a day at the beach in beautiful Santa Barbara, California.

The North-South Regatta: Saturday, November 4, 1030am-330pm. There will be a fleet of 16 FJ's available on a first come-first serve basis. There will be a RS Quest fleet for graduates of the JV Sailing Team, and there will also be a Melges 24 fleet with spots allotted based on older graduation years. Regatta documents are below. After Racing: Saturday after racing, we will host awards and then set a meet up time somewhere downtown Santa Barbara to just go have fun.
